Construction Site Management

Coordinating and controlling day to day activities of construction works is a key skill of Allied Projects. Continuous liaison with contractor representatives, superintendents and design consultants is required to keep the information flowing so that site works are not delayed. Ensuring the smooth flow of information and resolving site issues quickly, such technical queries, is vital to maintaining budget and completion schedule for site construction works.

Safety and Environment Management

Effectively managing the development and implementation of HSE plans when commencing a new Project is a high priority of Allied Projects. A project specific plan is established containing processes and procedures developed to ensure the work place is incident and injury free. Methodologies implemented to reduce the risk of incident or injury include establishing Work Method Statements for each work package, completing lift studies as required and implementation of the JHA process.

Project Construction Support Services

Allied Projects provides construction support for project execution teams through seamlessly supplementing existing project staffing with specialist personnel. Project requirements such as schedule development, control budget establishment, letting of subcontracts, material purchasing, pre-mobilisation documentation, cost tracking / reporting, quality documentation, weekly / monthly project progress reports, etc. are effectively undertaken.

Quality Assurance

Prior to commencement of construction work all quality plans are developed and approved. This entails development and approval of ITP's (with Witness Points and Hold Points defined), FAT requirements, MDR contents, weld procedures, welder qualifications and traceability. Early implementation of quality processes ensure off site fabricated material is signed off and released from workshops with out delay and onsite quality control procedures are undertaken progressively from the commencement of early works.
